Let There Be Light!
April 21, 2010The Milan Furniture Fair 2010 is featuring some of the most innovative and eco-friendly furniture in the world. Gionata Gatto, an Italian designer, has come up with the brilliance that is the Bike Lamp and the human powered table lamp. Although the names for the two aren’t exactly accurate, being that they didn’t have an exact name at the fair, it’s customized LED lighting at its best. Imagine if you just had to pedal a couple of minutes, in your own home, for about a half hour of light? That would be awesome. That means a lower light bill and you are doing your part to help the environment. Exercise your body while exercising your brain. Genius!
